Organic Tea Tree Essential Oil

Melaleuca alternifolia - Steam distilled with a lot of attention and love, our Organic Tea Tree Essential Oil smells fresh and vibrant, with a slightly spicy aroma. Coming from the melaleuca tree, it is known for its clarifying properties concerning the skin. It can be added to DIY house cleaners as a disinfectant as well. 

Here are a few simple DIY's you can make using this essential oil: 

House Cleaner

Combine 15 drops of Organic Tea Tree Essential Oil, 3/4 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle. Shake well until thoroughly mixed. Spray onto surface and wipe clean with a dry cloth. Take care to shake the bottle before each use in order to mix the ingredients.

Melaleuca Tree Hand Sanitizer

Combine 3 tbsp. of aloe gel, 1 tbsp. distilled water, and 5 drops of Organic Tea Tree Essential Oil. Mix well and add to a dispenser tube (one may recycle the dispensers that have the traditional hand sanitizer filled with alcohol).

As with all essential oils, test a small amount on skin prior to normal extended use. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or suffering from illness, consult a doctor before using.
