At Skin Balm Apothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

3. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or additional charges.

4. In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt of the order. We will gladly replace or refund such items.
