Our Shipping Policy

At Skin Balm Apothecary, we strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible. We understand the excitement of receiving your skincare products and we want to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

Order Processing:
Once you place an order with us, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Please note that the day the order is placed does not count as one of those business days. Additionally, weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Efficient Hand-Packed Orders:

As a small business, we take pride in our attention to detail and the personal touch we put into each order. Our dedicated staff works diligently to hand-pack every order with care. This ensures that your products are carefully inspected and packaged to meet our high standards.

 Faster Shipping:

While we strive to ship orders out within 5 business days, we often exceed expectations and get them out sooner. However, we appreciate your understanding and patience during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances that may cause slight delays.

 

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the progress of your package and estimate its arrival.

International Shipping:

Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs clearance procedures and varying delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
