Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does one bottle last?

It depends on how often it is used. There are more than 220 pumps in one bottle. Yup, we counted for you. So if two pumps a day are used, it should last about 110 days! A little goes a long way.

2. Can men use it?

Yes, they sure can! Men can use any of SBA's products. Do not let the pretty labels fool you!

3. Will this serum definitely make my bald spots grow hair?

It depends on why you went bald. Our serum will help your scalp be healthy, but the other products you are using can play a role too, such as the shampoo, conditioner, and hair products you are using on a regular bases. We are launching a shampoo and conditioner soon! YAY!

4. Why is this oil more expensive than the ones I see on Amazon?

Most likely the ones you are seeing on Amazon, or even well known websites that charge $36-$58 for a hair serum, are using fillers. Read the ingredients; they most likely are not all organic, cold-pressed, or petroleum & artificial fragrance-free.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ORDERS! WE WERE ABLE TO RAISE a little over 5400$ for the Santos in Brazil! God is good!

All sales revenue from this serum during the month of March will be going to missionaries Nelson and Kathryn Santos. We are so excited to be supporting this awesome work of God! Please read below to learn more about their burden and all that God is doing in Brazil through their work:

Nelson and Kathryn Santos, along with their sons Levi and Judah, are missionaries in Brazil, the largest country in South America. They have begun to lay the groundwork for Igreja Esperança de Lighthouse Ministério [Hope Church of Lighthouse Ministry] in Florianópolis, Brazil.  Florianópolis is the capital of Santa Catarina—a growing metropolis. Florianópolis consists of an island, referred to as Floripa, and a mainland, referred to as Continente. On it’s island alone, there is estimated over half a million souls, and over 1.2 million on it’s mainland.

Florianópolis portrays God’s undeniable power and beauty with its breathtaking scenes of nature. Sadly, it’s also the capital of witchery, which clearly has been a spiritual stronghold. Brazil is one of the most criminalized countries with roots in idolatry and witchcraft. However, indeed this “island of magic/witches,” as it’s often called, is a place where souls are in search of a deep spiritual experience that has led to an abysmal spiritual darkness. An island, even in its beauty, with a gaping hole and a great need for Jesus Christ.

Nelson and Kathryn have wept over the souls of this city since late 2016. God confirmed their move to Florianópolis in 2017, where they shed even more tears in their reach for souls, until July of 2018. Due to pregnancy complications, they traveled to Rialto, California for their second son's birth, where they could also be with their family and church family. What was meant to be a short trip— God, in His divine wisdom—unfolded a three month trip into a year and two months. During this time God, never released a burden for Florianópolis, yet continued to call them home.

They landed back home in late October 2019 and stepped off the plane, not only with peace but a great expectancy. They immediately began to continue - in spite of having lost almost everything - what they had started before leaving in 2018. They hold street services 4-5 times a week in the city’s main park and market. Despite the evil forces that have arisen against their efforts, God once again is displaying His power and protection as they continuously have had their lives threatened. The spiritual warfare is very real, and yet, they are deeply convicted that regardless, God is in control. They have chosen to trust God and His plan.

On December 29, 2019, their longing to see souls saved began to be fulfilled as they baptized their first souls—a couple with a little girl, the same age as Levi.  God led the wife to a street service, and then they began receiving Bible studies. After the second Bible study, they took on the only saving name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12) and were immersed in water baptism. Three more souls have since been baptized and besides street services, God has recently opened a door for them to hold weekly services in a hotel conference room. They believe God to complete what He has began—His will unfolding in a way that His glory will shine. God has brought Nelson and Kathryn together to place a burden and vision in them to share and spread the only true hope for the world: Jesus Christ.
