Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the original formula and softer one?
Our Softer Formula contains all of the same amazing ingredients as our Original Formula, just formulated slightly differently for a softer, smoother application. This is mainly for ladies who just use it around the eye area and do not use it to hold an eyelash curl or keep brows in place.
Is the spoolie included?
A spoolie is not automatically included with the purchase of The Eye Balm™. If you want to add one (see photo listed after The Eye Balm™️), you can do so from the drop down menu for $1.00.
Why is my current The Eye Balm™ harder than the ones I usually get?
During colder months, The Eye Balm™ may need to be warmed up before applying it around the delicate eye area. Swipe it a few times over the brows or on the back of a clean hand before applying around eye area. We prefer to not change the formula because many use it to help hold an eyelash curl and the harder waxes and butters we use make this possible.
How long does it last (shelf life)?
Stored properly, it can last up to a year.
Can I use it for other purposes?
Yes! Don't let the name fool ya! You can use this on any area of the skin that needs some extra TLC. Quite a few people apply it over areas of their skin that have eczema or rosacea. It can also be used to tame baby hairs or to "set" your hair with a slicked-back look - a great alternative to using hair spray so close to your skin.

Boswellia carteri
frankincense essential oil
Referred to by many as "liquid gold," frankincense has been used since ancient times to treat a variety of ailments. Its rich antioxidant properties assist in cell repair and regeneration, promoting a healthy eyelash environment and reducing the appearance of crow's feet and fine lines.
lavandula angustifolia
lavender essential oil
Lavender essential oil promotes vasodilation, improving blood circulation and enhancing nutrient delivery to hair follicles. Its antimicrobial properties also prevents hair loss due to bacterial causes while keeping lashes and brows clean.
simmondsia chinensis
cold-pressed jojoba oil
Jojoba oil boasts potent anti-inflammatory compounds, while its molecular structure mimics the skin's natural sebum. This allows for the deep nourishment, hydration, and repair of lashes and brows while creating a protective barrier against UV rays and debris.
vitellaria paradoxa
west african shea butter
West African shea butter is incredibly rich in fatty acids and vitamins, providing rich nourishment and moisture to hair follicles. In 2017, a randomized, controlled trial demonstrated that a chemically similar West African plant was able to strengthen hair and reduce breakage.
